Davaran Project

A new definition of multi-functional Commercial projects with the taste of modern Design. This project locates in one of the best sites of Turkey in Ankara. Around this site there are some commercial Buildings too and it is the fact that helps us to design in a better way and on the other hand this commercial building should have access also from residential part of the project. We tried to use street lines as our axes and those lines help us to shape our Geometry. All over we have 16 Blocks of Residential and a huge commercial that has so many different spaces like Cafe Shops, Restaurants, hyper Markets, Parking and ... it was important for us to have one shape, so we started to use a punched shell and it helps to protect the sun light and to control lighting design better. Also, with a bridge we tried to connect 2 parts of the design to each other. circulation in residential design is very important, it should have easy access to different parts of the design and also different parts of the residential should easy be seen.
